Project Overview

A comprehensive delivery management platform developed for Nazik Company, integrating mobile applications for customers and drivers with a web dashboard for administrators and employees. The system enables real-time package tracking, secure fee management, and efficient operational oversight.

Problem / Challenge

Nazik Company required a unified system to:

Allow customers to track packages on a map and check delivery status
Manage customer wallets and payments
Enable drivers to monitor assigned packages and track their location
Provide admins and staff with a full management interface for operations, fees, and reporting

Manual processes and fragmented tools limited operational efficiency and visibility.

A multi-platform delivery management system including:

Customer Mobile Application

Track packages in real-time on an interactive map
View delivery status and manage wallet balance
Receive notifications for updates and changes

Driver Mobile Application

Track own location and assigned packages
View delivery tasks and calculate fees
Update delivery status in real-time
