Project Overview

A multi-platform delivery and travel management system developed for Al Wathqun Dawliya to streamline package delivery and intercity passenger reservations. The system integrates mobile applications for customers and drivers with a web dashboard for administrators and employees, enabling real-time tracking, secure fee management, and operational efficiency.

This project was developed as a freelancer, with staff training conducted in Misurata and Benghazi to ensure smooth adoption.

Problem / Challenge

Al Wathqun Dawliya needed a unified platform to:
